AIRTRACE SHEET METAL LTD has a fully equipped manufacturing facility with all the latest industry technology enabling all ductwork to be manufactured to a high DW144 standard by skilled and very experienced sheet metal workers, whom many have the ability to go back to traditional marking out methods if all else fails.

The factory incorporates a fully automated Coil Line and Plasma profiling machine. It has RAS and various gauge lock-formers, a range of manual folding methods and guillotining up to 2.5mtrs in width. We use traditional spot welding along with automated riveting of our vast range of DW144 flanging methods.

We also have mig, tig and arc welding abilities so that we can cater for all you bracket and fixing requirements. Along with enabling the benefit of offering very bespoke manufacturing and welding for all those intricate one offs.
