We were very happy to help Yazmyn raise money to volunteer with East African Playgrounds. Yazmyn is now back from her African adventure and sent us this lovely thank you:
I am now back from Uganda after such an unforgettable experience. We built a brand new playground for the children at Williams Kindergarten and Primary School, which they absolutely loved!
Before we went out there the children had never done art and crafts at school and along with others from the East African Playgrounds we taught the kids and teachers some crafts that they can continue to do in lessons.
I wanted to thank you again for your donation as it has impacted the lives of children out there.
Yazmyn also sent us some photos of her time in Uganda, if you would like to see them we’ve shared them on Instagram.
